What we guarantee:

  • Ship your order within the stated number of business days.

  • Produce high-quality products.

  • Provide the full quantity of stickers, posters and bookmarks ordered

What is not covered:

Our policy applies only to matters under our control. We cannot issue refunds or reprints for:

  • Delivery delays caused by courier services

  • Orders with incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

  • Deliveries that are refused or where multiple attempts fail.

  • Packages marked as delivered but later lost or stolen.

Damaged orders:

If your order arrives damaged, we will happily reprint the damaged items at no cost. A photo of the damage is required before we begin the reprint.

If you are concerned about product quality, please contact us and share photos so we can assess the issue. In some cases, we may request that the product be returned to us. Refunds or reprints cannot be provided for items that accurately match the approved quote and digital proof.
