Yes. Delivery is free on all orders above ₹299.

Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with your ShipRocket tracking number. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show up.

Email us within 12 hours of ordering, before it ships, and we’ll sort it out. Once an order has shipped it can’t be changed or cancelled. Custom orders can’t be cancelled once they’re placed.

Email us straight away. We can correct it as long as the order hasn’t shipped. Parcels sent to an incorrect or incomplete address can’t be refunded, so please double-check your address at checkout.

No. Every piece is hand-illustrated, so tiny variations in colour, texture or finish are part of its charm. Screens also show colours slightly differently.
