1Shipment Timeline
- Processing time (before shipment): 5 business days.
- ShipRocket transit time (domestic, after shipment): 3–5 business days.
- Total expected delivery window (domestic): 6–10 business days.
- Free delivery: orders above ₹299 ship free within India.
- International orders: transit times vary by destination and customs processing. See our Terms of Service, Section 19, for details on customs duties and import taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.
- Bulk orders : up to 15 business days for production, plus applicable transit time.
2Additional details
- A shipping confirmation with your ShipRocket tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to appear.
- If an order arrives damaged and qualifies for a reprint (see our Return Policy), replacement production typically takes 5–10 business days, plus transit time.
- Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
